Orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible after purchase. Processing time is separate from the estimated transit time provided by the shipping carrier.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

The Usual Hoopers offers free Economy shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $75 or more.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and available carrier services. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates and transit times displayed at checkout are estimates provided by the applicable shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by The Usual Hoopers.

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Issues

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@theusualhoopers.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details regarding the issue.

For questions regarding an order that has already shipped, please contact us and provide your order number and tracking information when available.
